FEMALE BREWMASTER - KELSEY NELSON - Kelsey manages all points of the brewing process from recipe formulation to packaging. She has made more than a combined 800 unique beers between our 15 gallon small batch system and our 930 gallon productions system. Kelsey began doing back-office work in early 2014, but was interested in the process of brewing. When the opportunity to become brewmaster at Mayday presented itself in 2016, she took over the brewing duties and hasn't looked back. Kelsey graduated with her BS in Molecular Biology from Murray State University. In Kelsey we trust!
